The Crown Estate: Offshore meteorological equipment WGS84 (3rd Party Data)
Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has access to a number of Crown Estate datasets. NRW can use this dataset under the terms and conditions of a bespoke Crown Estate Licence which states we can only use this data for internal business use. This spatial dataset details the location of offshore meteorological equipement around the UK.

This dataset is wholly owned by Crown Estate. Enquirers are advised to obtain a copy from the owner/originator directly, rather than NRW. NRW may NOT publish or disseminate it in its entirety. According to the Crown Estate Licence the following applies: By using the data NRW agree to the following terms and conditions - the Data means Aggregate Production Licences. We The Crown Estate grant NRW a non-exclusive non-transferable licence (without the right to sublicense) to copy and use the Data in accordance with the terms of this licence agreement. NRW may only use the Data for their own internal business use. The Data must not be used in GIS applications (e.g. webGIS) that can be accessed from outside the licensee business or over an intra/internet. Digital copies of the Data must not be provided to third parties.
