The secondary objective is to compare the NFI woodland map with the original NIWT woodland map to identify; real woodland gains, real woodland losses and discrepancies caused by digitising / mapping anomalies. This datasets gets updated every year and NRW crops it in our store so it just covers the extent of our relevant areas within Wales and the associated river catchments.
