This dataset is owned by Enivronment Agency (EA). Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has access to this data as part of a Data Sharing Agreement with EA. River Quality Objectives (RQOs) were based on the River Ecosystem (RE) Classification Scheme which was introduced in 1994 to replace the National Water Council's methodology.
