The scope was to understand: - The habitat resource requirements of the species, - The scales of natural variation in the species and in their habitat resource requirements, - The scales of natural variation in the habitats themselves, and - To review monitoring and surveillance work in similar habitats and species. This work will allow the development of Standard Operating Procedures for condition monitoring the lagoons.
