Detailed specifications were prepared and the system was manufactured by C-Technics, a specialist underwater video systems manufacturer. The system was trialled during the manufacturing process and modifications made prior to the system being completed. Upon completion the system was commissioned at three locations in Wales. This tested the system in field conditions for both operational suitability and also enabled the system to be modified to best suit the requirements of CCW.
