In 2012 Seasearch volunteers undertook a one day survey to verify the presence of seagrass beds at Rhoscolyn, Anglesey, North Wales. Following the successful Seasearch search for seagrass, CCW undertook a snorkel survey to establish the size of the larger bed to the west of the bay. 1. Confirm the presence of seagrass beds at Rhoscolyn. 2. Note estimates of density and depth of live seagrass in different parts of the bed 3. Make note of any unusual features of the seagrass bed.
