Phase 2 Lowland Heathland Survey: Brecknock and Carmarthen 2000
This dataset contains detailed Phase 2 plant community data for lowland heathlands in Brecknock and Carmarthen. The aim of the survey was to characterise the lowland heathland vegetation of around Brecknock and Carmarthen. Utilised standard Phase 2 survey methodology.

Vegetation mapping and community definition followed the National Vegetation Classification (NVC). The dataset has been extensively validated and verified however problems were encountered when mapping in field which may have resulted in errors, digitisation was of poor quality and there were occasional problems with identifying community type.
