Phase 2 Woodland Survey of Welsh Woodlands (1996 - 1997)
Dataset containing detailed Phase 2 survey data from over 11833 observations in woodlands of conservation interest in across Wales. The purpose of this work was to improve the overall knowledge of Welsh woodland communities, and to provide consistent community descriptions across the woodland Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) series as fundamental site-support information and to assess SSSI status of new sites.
