Holwr Data Cofnodion Trwyddedau Gwastraff
Mae’n rhaid i holl weithredwyr cyfleusterau rheoli gwastraff sy’n cael eu rheoleiddio ddarparu manylion i ni ynghylch y maint a’r math o wastraff y maent yn delio ag ef h.y. faint o wastraff a dderbynnir ar y safle a’r gwastraff a anfonir o’r safle i gyfleusterau neu brosesau eraill. Defnyddir y data hwn i fonitro cydymffurfiad ond yn hanesyddol, fe’i defnyddiwyd gan yr UE, DEFRA ac awdurdodau lleol i gynorthwyo wrth gynllunio ar gyfer cyfleusterau gwastraff newydd ac ar gyfer monitro yn erbyn targedau statudol. Rydym wedi darparu’r data hwn ar ffurf holiadol. Caiff y set data hon ei gynhyrchu am flwyddyn galendr ac mae’n cynnwys data o safleoedd gwastraff sy’n cael eu rheoleiddio. Gellir lawrlwytho yr holwyr Data Gwastraff cyn 2014 yn data.gov.uk fel rhan o gasgliadau Asiantaeth yr Amgylchedd.

The dataset is produced for a calendar year and holds the data from regulated waste sites. Waste Data interrogators prior to 2013 can be downloaded from data.gov.uk as part of the Environment Agency collations.
- Operator waste returns are public register information unless a claim for commercial confidentiality has been accepted. In these cases the data is not provided.
- The operator field shows the operator of the permit at the time of report collation. This may be different from the operator during the period covered by the waste return.
- All tonnage data is reported by site operators. Numbers are based on all correct returns held by NRW at the time of report collation. They do not include waste returns that are outstanding or pending quality assurance action.
