Mae cofnodion data Cynllun Hanesyddol Cytûn Monitro Samplu Ansawdd Dŵr y DU (HMS) yn cynnwys canlyniadau penderfynyddion ar gyfer holl safleoedd cynllun Monitro Cytûn y DU o 1974 tan 2013. Sefydlwyd y Cynllun Monitro Cytûn (HMS) er mwyn darparu archif o ddata ansawdd dŵr ar gyfer y DU. Fe'i defnyddir i ddarparu gwybodaeth ar gyfer rhwymedigaethau rhyngwladol, gan gynnwys tueddiadau hirdymor rhai penderfynyddion ac amcangyfrif mewnbwn llif afon rhai penderfynyddion penodol i'r môr.
