Woodland Grant Scheme (WGS) Walkers Welcome

The former Forestry Commission now Natural Resources Wales, provide the following grants under the Woodland Grant Scheme for woodland owners who welcome the public into their woods: i) Community Woodland Contribution (CWC) ii) Annual Management Grant (AMG) iii) Woodland Improvement Grant (WIG). This dataset shows the locations of the Walkers Welcome areas which are intended to help inform the public of the woodlands where the owner has agreed to general access.
