Trwyddedu Morol: Band 1 Ardaloedd Sensitif
Cytunodd CNC, gan nodi a dogfennu, pa gynefinoedd a nodweddion ACA sy’n sensitif i weithgareddau Trwyddedu Morol Band 1 amrywiol. Mae'r set ddata yn cynnwys 2 haen sy'n rhoi gwybodaeth am gynefinoedd sensitif. Mae’r setiau data hyn yn cynnwys polygonau sy’n deillio o haenau Cynllun Gweithredu Bioamrywiaeth (Adran 7) / OSPAR sydd gan CNC, haenau cynefin ACA Rheoliad 35 ac arolwg rhynglanwol Cam 1. Ystyriwyd bod yr holl gynefinoedd yn yr haenau hyn yn sensitif i weithgareddau Trwyddedu Morol Band 1. Mae’r data’n cynnwys cofnodion o gynefinoedd gwarchodedig neu sensitif, a gasglwyd fel rhan o arolwg llinell sylfaen, rhaglenni monitro a chofnodion ad-hoc. Mae trydedd haen yn deillio o set ddata safleoedd dynodedig Ardal Gwarchodaeth Arbennig (SPA) ac yn nodi AGA sy'n sensitif i Weithgareddau Trwyddedu Morol Band 1..

These sensitive habitats were selected from existing GIS layers. Point data was given a 50m buffer. The polygons were dissolved and then separately merged together to create both the two sensitive habitat data layers. The table structure was altered so it only included a small number of fields and additional fields were added.
The SPA layer was derived from the NRW SPA Designated site dataset (NRW_DS98775). The SPAs which were relevant to Band 1 Activities were selected out of this layer and the table structure amended to add relevant information.
