This includes freehold and leasehold land, EAW land that is let out and land which has been disposed of, access agreements, agreements, deeds of grants, easements, fishing rights, honoraria, lettings, licenses, sub leases, and wayleaves. This provides an indicative representation land managed by EAW in Wales. The dataset contains only polygons which includes information on site name and unique codes. Content varies for each parcel of land but often includes personal details (which are regarded as sensitive) and basic details of agreements. The purpose of the data is to provide location and boundary information primarily for use by the estates department. This is not an exhaustive list of all of the assets that ex-EAW own/maintain or have an interest in.
