Documents contain the following data: Rod Catches - data is graphed. Rod catch data is collected through anglers. All salmon and sea trout rod catch should be recorded by rod license holders. This data is used to estimate overall fish runs on catchments. Conservation objectives - data is graphed. This uses the rod catch data to estimate the spawning stock on a catchment. This is then compared against what we believe is the stock level needed for a healthy population on that catchment. This data influences byelaws for catchments e.g rivers not reaching conservation limit can have 100% catch and release imposed on them. Juvenile salmonid data - Any electro-fishing surveys carried out on a catchment are recorded on a map using the National Fisheries Classification Scheme to highlight the quality of the site.
