The Woodland Grant Scheme (WGS) provided incentives for people to create and manage woodlands on sites all over Wales. The scheme was run in 3 phases with the last phase ending in 2006. Woodland Grant Scheme 1 operated between April 1989 and April 1992. Woodland Grant Scheme 2 operated between April 1992 and September 1994 Woodland Grant Scheme 3 operated between September 1994 and April 2006 Spatial data has been digitised against OS raster backdrops by the former Forestry Commission wales.

Darparodd y Cynllun Grant Coetir (WGS) gymhellion i bobl greu a rheoli coetiroedd ar safleoedd ledled Cymru. Cynhaliwyd y cynllun mewn 3 cham gyda’r cam olaf yn dod i ben yn 2006. Mae’r cofnod hwn yn cwmpasu’r holl gynlluniau, mae metadata manwl ar gyfer data pob un o’r cynlluniau i’w weld mewn cofnodion ar wahân yng nghatalog Metadata CNC (metadata URI 100821, 100822, 100829).


Bu Cynllun Grant Coetir 1 ar waith rhwng Ebrill 1989 ac Ebrill 1992.

Gweithredodd Cynllun Grant Coetir 2 rhwng Ebrill 1992 a Medi 1994.

Roedd Cynllun Grant Coetir 3 ar waith rhwng Medi 1994 ac Ebrill 2006.
