WINS Natural Flood Management: Opportunities for Combined Woodland Planting
This dataset was created for the Welsh Information for Nature Based Solution or WINS project (Previously known as SCCAN) to identify opportunities to carry out land management interventions to increase ecosystem service delivery in a number of key policy areas. What the map shows: This map shows all types of opportunities for woodland planting that are likely to deliver NFM benefits. The combined layer is based on the constrained input layers of three types of woodland planting: Riparian/Drainage channel shelter belts, floodplain woodland, woodland throughout the wider catchment.
