This identifies mines which are understood to be contributing to failures to achieve good ecological or chemical status in water bodies with High (red) or low (amber) confidence. This attribute was applied in 2020 and only to sites within water bodies identified as failing in the 2018 Water Framework Directive (WFD) Cycle 2 classification.
