Materials Facilities Reporting
Adrodd ar Weithgareddau Cyfleusterau Deunyddiau
This data displays the input and output sampling data that qualifying Materials Facilities are required to provide under Schedule 9 of The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016.
Data prior to 2020 was previously published for England and Wales on the WRAP Portal.
Mae hwn yn arddangos y data samplu mewnbwn ac allbwn chwarterol a adroddir gan weithredwyr, y mae'n ofynnol i gyfleusterau deunyddiau cymwys ei ddarparu o dan y rheoliadau. Nid yw hyn yn cynnwys gwybodaeth ychwanegol a adroddir gan safleoedd nad yw'n ofynnol iddi gael ei samplu. Câi data ar gyfer Cymru a Lloegr ar gyfer y cyfnod cyn 2020 ei gyhoeddi ar Borth WRAP yn flaenorol.
Data a adroddir gan y gweithredwr ei hun yw hwn. Mae'r rheoliadau yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i gyfleusterau deunyddiau cymwys ddarparu manylion chwarterol y tunelledd o wastraff cymysg a dderbyniwyd gan bob cyflenwr a'r tunelledd allbwn o bedair ffrwd deunyddiau penodedig. Mae hefyd yn ofynnol i gyfleusterau gymryd samplau o'r deunyddiau mewnbwn ac allbwn a nodi'r ganran gyfartalog o ddeunydd targed, deunydd nad yw’n darged a deunydd na ellir mo’i ailgylchu.
Ar gyfer mewnbynnau gwastraff cymysg, rhaid cymryd samplau ar gyfer pob 125 o dunelli a dderbynnir gan bob cyflenwr (heblaw achosion lle mae'r gwastraff cymysg yn cael ei drosglwyddo i gyfleuster deunyddiau arall er mwyn ei wahanu’n ddeunydd allbwn penodedig). Yn achos deunydd allbwn penodedig, newidiodd yr amlder samplu ar gyfer deunydd allbwn penodedig papur i un sampl fesul pob 60 o dunelli a gynhyrchir, ac yn achos samplu deunydd allbwn penodedig plastig, newidiodd yr amlder i un sampl fesul pob 15 o dunelli a gynhyrchir.
Adroddir yr holl ddata tunelledd gan weithredwyr safleoedd. Mae niferoedd yn seiliedig ar yr holl ffurflenni cywir a gedwir gan CNC ar adeg casglu'r adroddiad. Nid ydynt yn cynnwys ffurflenni gwastraff sy'n weddill neu sy'n aros am weithred sicrhau ansawdd.

From 1st October 2024, sampling and reporting is more detailed under the amended regulations (The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2023). There was also a change in the definition of a Material Facility to include facilities that bulk waste material (dry recyclate) as well as sort waste material, bringing more permitted waste facilities into scope than prior to 1st October 2024.
The regulations require qualifying Materials Facilities to provide details of waste material received from each supplier and specified output material where relevant. Material Facilities are required to take samples of input waste material and may also be required to sample specified output materials. Sampling results are required to be reported to Natural Resources Wales as a permit condition of relevant facilities.
Operator waste returns are public register information unless a claim for commercial confidentiality has been accepted. In such cases the relevant data is not provided and an accompanying statement provided.
This is self reported data by the operator. As such, the dataset excludes any Material Facility sampling data that is outstanding or pending quality assurance action.
