Habitats Directive: Article 17 Terrestrial Habitat Features
Nodweddion Cynefinoedd Daearyddol Erthygl 17
The Habitats Directive Article 17 reporting maps are a snapshot of the most up to date spatial data for features listed on the various Annexes of the Directive at the time of reporting. They represent the current known extent and location of features in Wales. The latest 10km2 habitat distribution maps submitted as part of the official Article 17 reporting can be obtained from the JNCC: European reporting | JNCC - Adviser to Government on Nature Conservation.
The maps are reviewed and updated every 6 years as part of the Habitats Directive reporting process. (Since EU exit now replaced by Regulation 9a of the Conservation and Species Regulations 2017).
Mae mapiau adrodd Erthygl 17 y Gyfarwyddeb Cynefinoedd yn gipolwg o'r data gofodol ar gyfer nodweddion sydd wedi’u rhestru ar wahanol Atodiadau'r Gyfarwyddeb yn ystod y cyfnod adrodd. Maent yn cynrychioli maint a lleoliad hysbys nodweddion yng Nghymru. Gellir cael y mapiau dosbarthu cynefinoedd 10km2 diweddaraf a gyflwynwyd fel rhan o'r adroddiadau Erthygl 17 swyddogol gan y Cyd-bwyllgor Cadwraeth Natur (JNCC): European reporting | JNCC - Adviser to Government on Nature Conservation. Caiff y mapiau eu hadolygu a'u diweddaru bob 6 blynedd fel rhan o broses adrodd y Gyfarwyddeb Cynefinoedd. (Ers ymadael â'r UE, disodlwyd gan Reoliad 9a o Reoliadau Cadwraeth a Rhywogaethau 2017).
Mae'r arolygon gwreiddiol a'r digwyddiadau monitro y mae'r cofnodion wedi'u tynnu ohonynt yn amrywio'n fawr o ran dyddiadau sy'n mynd yn ôl ddegawdau lawer mewn rhai achosion, gyda hyder yn amrywio'n sylweddol.
