Rhaglen Genedlaethol yr Amgylchedd - Penderfyniad Terfynol Adolygiad Prisiau 2024
Mae set ddata Penderfyniad Terfynol Adolygiad Prisiau 2024 (PR24) Rhaglen Genedlaethol yr Amgylchedd yn set ddata o bwyntiau gofodol Cymru gyfan sy'n nodi rhwymedigaethau deddfwriaethol amgylcheddol y cwmnïau dŵr sy'n gweithredu o fewn adnoddau naturiol Cymru neu sy'n elwa arnynt. Mae'r rhain yn cynnwys pum cwmni dŵr; Dŵr Cymru, Hafren Dyfrdwy, United Utilities, Severn Trent Water a South Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire Water. Cyflawnir y camau gweithredu a nodwyd yn ystod cyfnod y Cynllun Rheoli Asedau (AMP). Bydd PR24 Rhaglen Genedlaethol yr Amgylchedd yn cael ei gyflwyno yng Nghynllun Rheoli Asedau 8 (AMP8) o 1 Ebrill 2025 i 31 Mawrth 2030. Bwriad y camau gweithredu hyn yw sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth â rhwymedigaethau amgylcheddol newydd a rhai sydd wedi newid sy'n berthnasol i'r cwmnïau dŵr. Cyhoeddir y set ddata hon gan adlewyrchu'r fersiwn o Raglen Genedlaethol yr Amgylchedd a ddefnyddiwyd ym mhenderfyniad terfynol Ofwat ar gyfer PR24. Mae'r data hwn yn gywir ym mis Rhagfyr 2024. Yn ystod y cyfnod y bydd yn cael ei gyflwyno yn AMP8 efallai y bydd camau gweithredu Rhaglen Genedlaethol yr Amgylchedd yn cael eu newid.
Mae'r data ar gael ar ffurf GIS gyda thaenlen sy’n cynnwys camau gweithredu penodol, canlyniadau a metrigau cyfatebol pob cwmni dŵr.

This dataset is based on data held by NRW including knowledge from staff that has been shared with and confirmed with the relevant water company. It reflects where NRW as the environmental regulator has identified a new or changed requirement on the water company requiring action by that company to fulfil their legislative obligations.
This dataset aims to provide a clear and comprehensive representation of each company's obligations through spatial analysis as used in Ofwat’s Final Determination for he 2024 Price Review in December 2024.
The primary source for this data is from NRW with input from relevant water companies. The data collection method involves tracking site specific knowledge to establish the new or changed obligations and the to agree what action was required by the relevant water company.
